Hello! Are you looking for a Nanny? I am looking for a family to Nanny for this summer and possibly longer. I am just now finishing up an Associate?s degree in Early Childhood Education. ?Children ages 2-5 have been my area of focus. I have over 70 credits specified towards childcare and also have over 530 hours (5 college course terms) of professional training in high quality Pre-school centers. I also have nanny experience in home settings. ?
I have skills in using developmentally appropriate guidance approaches, such as redirection, positive reinforcement, effective praise and encouragement, and problem solving. I am experienced in creating activities that can foster children?s academic and social development. I also have proof of a criminal history background check, TB testing, and a food handler?s card.?
I can provide references upon request. My usual rate is between $12-$15 per hour, but pay is negotiable. ??
